What age range are your events suitable for?
Generally we find children aged 2 – 6 enjoy our sessions the most. That said children of any age are welcome to participate. We find that older children really enjoy building new layouts and the challenge this presents and so we always carry extra track.
How long is each session?
Sessions last for one hour. Please bear this in mind as we need to tidy up and prepare for the next session.

I have booked an event but now I can't make it, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable. However if there is more than seven days remaining to the event we will happily transfer your ticket to an alternative date.
Do I need a ticket for my newborn?
Young siblings (under one year) do not require a ticket but please purchase an extra ticket if your child wishes to play with the trains.
Where do you run sessions?
We currently run sessions all over Surrey and the South London area but are planning to go further afield.
Are you available for private hire?
Yes you can hire us for birthday parties and other private events. For details get in touch.
