Train-filled fun stay and play sessions for train lovers aged 18 months – 8 years

Parental Responsibility: Happy Tracks is a stay-and-play event. Parents or guardians accept full responsibility for the supervision of the children in their care at all times.
Constant Supervision: Any child must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Even if your child is playing independently, you must remain nearby to ensure equipment and other visitors are treated with respect.

All Ages Welcome: Children of all ages are welcome to play.
Equipment Limits: Older children may need to be reminded that some resources may not be appropriate for their use.
Right to Refuse: Happy Tracks reserves the right to deny admission or ask a visitor to leave if they pose a danger to staff or customers, engage in illegal activities, cause damage to property, or display offensive behaviour. Fighting, bullying, and abusive language will not be tolerated.

Illness Policy: To prevent the spread of infection, children who are unwell—or have been unwell—must not visit the event until 48 hours after full recovery.
On-Site Illness: If a visitor becomes sick or infectious during a session, they must leave the premises immediately.
Safety Requirements: For safety reasons, long hair must be tied up to avoid it being caught in the wheels or mechanics of the trains.
No Smoking: Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes or vapes are strictly prohibited at all Happy Tracks events.
Willful Damage: Any person causing deliberate damage to Happy Tracks facilities or equipment will be held liable for the cost of repair or replacement.

Online Bookings: All sessions should be booked in advance via our website to ensure admission.
Punctuality: Events generally last 60 minutes. If you arrive late, you will still be required to leave at the scheduled end of the session.
Event Cancellation: Happy Tracks reserves the right to close all or part of an event for safety, security, or equipment misuse. If we must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you regarding a reschedule.

Personal Photography: You are welcome to take photos of your own children. Please be mindful of the privacy of other children and avoid capturing them in your shots.
Commercial Use: Happy Tracks may occasionally take photos for promotional purposes. We will always ask for verbal or written consent before featuring a child’s face in marketing materials.

Happy Tracks does not accept liability for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items brought into the event venue.
